Add ProgramOutput struct for ProgramExecutable::mOutputVariables Right now ProgramExecutable::mOutputVariables is a vector of sh::ShaderVariable. ShaderVariable. itself is not a POD struct and can't memcpy. And most of variables are not needed for mOutputVariables. This CL adds a custom struct for mOutputVariables so that we only store what we actually needed and data can be memcpy.
