Revert "Vulkan: Return cached width and height for eglQuerySurface" This reverts commit db833869131eddb36e695717a823a540e3cdc8ba. Reason for revert: Native GLES driver behavior on Android is different from what was tested by "EGLPreRotationSurfaceTest.CheckSurfaceCapabilities" test. More precisely, behavior is different depending if native Window is resided using `ANativeWindow_setBuffersGeometry()` or resized by the user (screen rotation or resizing of a floating window). In case of `ANativeWindow_setBuffersGeometry()` resize (used by tests), surface will have size of the Window up until image is acquired (dequeued). In other words, size will be fixed after draw and will match current Window size until draw. In case of resizing by the user, surface size will be fixed until the next swap. This is the behavior that was tested by the reverted test.
