Metal: Disable Metal support on NVIDIA GPUs NVIDIA GPUs are in a very small number of Macs and we don't have have adequate test coverage to properly support them. Add the disable_metal_on_nvidia feature to control support for NVIDIA at runtime. Also factor the support of GPU family 1 into a feature.
