Code Cleanup In Context::initCaps(), we first read the compressedTextureFormats from the contextImpl::getNativeCaps(), then we are clearing the retrieved compressedTextureFormats array in Context::updateCaps() immediately. We shouldn't need to fill the same array twice. Removing the first array value assignments in all backend.
