Use consistent test names with dEQP. This removes the GTest/dEQP test name distinction. Using the "RegisterTests" method in GTest we can use the full dEQP test names. The one limitation is that "-" is reserved in GoogleTest for exclusion filters, so we need to do some extra work to sanitize our filters before we pass them to GoogleTest. Makes maintaining test expectations easier going forward.
