Vulkan: SPIR-V Gen: Support barrier* built-ins This change enables the ComputeShaderTest suite and additionally includes the following fixes: - OpArrayLength was given the array type instead of variable. - Struct arrays inside interface blocks were not decorated with ArrayStride.
