Vulkan: Dirty vertex buffers if default attrib values changed In the call_break_offline trace, attribute index 4 is disabled then enabled before a draw. This redundant operation is currently not blocked and makes it to the Vulkan backend, resulting in handleDirtyGraphicsVertexBuffers. However, at the same time, we change the default attrib value for index 3. Which makes handleDirtyGraphicsVertexBuffers not redundant. We'll need to take into account cases when other attribute indices are not dirty and yet the default attrib value changes.
