Vulkan: Add ImageHelper::onRenderPassAttach helper function RenderPass attachments has one difference compared to other images. The QueueSerial has to be set first so that we can detect an image is being used as attachment. But the layout is delayed until the endRenderPass time. This CL adds a onRenderPassAttach API to set the queueSerial so that we have a central place to adding other code if needed.
