Vulkan:Improve ContextVk::handleDirtyGraphicsDefaultAttribs ContextVk::handleDirtyGraphicsDefaultAttribs() calls updateDefaultAttrib(), which basically does the work ContextVk::onVertexArrayChange() is doing. This CL simplify the code by calling onVertexArrayChange directly from handleDirtyGraphicsDefaultAttribs. onVertexAttributeChange is removed. This also has the advantage that onVertexArrayChange put the for loop inside if check, versus current implementation does all the if check inside the for loop.
