Upgrade restricted traces to new trace format. The new traces are significantly smaller due to unused Program trimming. The new trace archive is at least 30% smaller after compression, which should have a positive impact on Android transfer time. We also reduced the source file count by about 4000 from replay function merging, which should benefit developer compilation time.
