Vulkan: Fix clearing external images with emulated format External images may already have data, and clearing them due to their format being emulated is incorrect. This change makes sure that only the emulated channels are cleared. The RGBXDataPreservedAHB test is based on one contributed by Jason Macnak <natsu@google.com>.
