Vulkan: Track enabled in VertexArray Previously in sequences such as glEnableVertexAttribArray(0) glDrawElements() glDisableVertexAttribArray(0) glEnableVertexAttribArray(0) glDrawElements() the second glDrawElements() would always be called with dirty enable. On some backends like Vulkan this could result in unnecessary pipeline changes.
