Revert "Search for system libvulkan on CrOS" This reverts commit b0b71d59391c99e70b40d7f331f530e6ea1970e5. Reason for revert: Broke MSAN build on ChromeOS-for-Linux Original change's description: > Search for system libvulkan on CrOS > > Currently, ANGLE searches in the "module" directory for libvulkan > during init on CrOS.
