OcclusionQueriesTest: Convert to ANGLETest<> Convert OcclusionQueriesTest to an ANGLETest<> and remove calling ANGLETestSetUp() directly. This can be error-prone if ANGLETestSetUp() doesn't complete, but the test still executes GL commands either in SetUp() or testSetUp(), before the test itself can be skipped. In that case, there may not be a current Context, leading to calls like glGetString() returning nullptr. This also includes some additional cleanup to remove the GetParam() calls.
