Vulkan: Constrain the dependency on ContextVk in BufferHelper Make the BufferHelper interface be not dependent on ContextVk state. This makes the interface to be suitable for implementation of other APIs with Vulkan backend. Any dependency on ContextVk is made explicit and handled in ContextVk.
