Remove needless IOSurface alignment validation IOSurface buffers are copied instead of imported directly into Vulkan, since they're not guaranteed to satisfy alignment and padding requirements (see minImportedHostPointerAlignment and vkGetMemoryHostPointerPropertiesEXT). So we don't need to check its alignment as part of eglCreatePbufferFromClientBuffer() validation.
