Add KHR_robustness * From the spec, there are some differences between KHR_robustness and EXT_robustness (already in use). In this CL, the following are addressed: * Updating the EXT suffixes * Changing EXT to KHR for GLES * Removing EXT for GL * Adding GLGetnUniformuivKHR (no equivalent in EXT) * Added GL_KHR_robustness to the list of extensions. * The API implementations seem to be already in place. * Validation functions will be updated in a follow-up CL.
