Vulkan: Include state in pipeline graph dump Each program generates a group of nodes. The group's description is the common state among all nodes. Each node contains the diff with the shared state. Arrows between nodes indicate the GraphicsPipelineTransitionBits that have caused the transition. State that is 0 is not output for brevity.
