Vulkan: Swapchain recreate workaround for shared present mode On Android, `vkCreateSwapchainKHR` may return `VK_ERROR_NATIVE_WINDOW_IN_USE_KHR` if use `mLastSwapchain` as an `oldSwapchain` when in shared present mode. This happens on three different devices: SM-G996B (Mali-G78), SM-S921B (Xclipse 940), SM-S921U (Adreno 940).
