tests: Prepare capture_replay_tests for Siso migration - Adds --use_remoteexec as an alias of --use_reclient. - Adds --use_siso to add `use_siso=true` GN arg. - Changes the out dir to out_CaptureReplayTest, so that the build dir depth will be 2 for Siso remote execution rules. - Cleans up build dir when switching from Ninja to Siso.
