Capture/Replay: Fix uniform program indexing. We were using the "native" version of the program ID in the update call, which could overflow the bounds of our fixed-size program maps. Instead use the captured (and upper-bounded) version of the ID and only get the mapped ID when calling GetUniformLocation.
