Vulkan: Rename ImageLayout to ImageAccess This enum really describes how the image is accessed, including what VkImageLayout it should be in for that access. With VK_KHR_unified_image_layouts, it makes little sense to call this enum ImageLayout anymore, given how almost all of them will have VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_GENERAL.
