[GLX] Allow usage of multiple visuals
When using AMGLE_x11_visual, a single visual is specified for the whole
session. This is limiting since windows can have different visuals.
For example, one window may want transparency and another window may
not. This CL makes it not-an-error to use a window with a visual other
than the one set with ANGLE_X11_VISUAL_ID. In this case, ANGLE will
fallback to using a child window, as if ANGLE_X11_VISUAL_ID had not been
specified.
Long term, a better solution would be to allow specifying
ANGLE_X11_VISUAL_ID per window.

Upstream Apple's direct-to-Metal backend: compile libANGLE.
This change is meant to merge the metal backend changes from Apple's
direct-to-Metal backend. Taken from Kyle Piddington's CL:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/angle/angle/+/2857366/
The goal of this CL is to merge the metal backend code in a state
that compiles, but not to switch the Metal backend over to using
the direct-to-metal backend yet.

Vulkan: Support OVR_multiview and OVR_multiview2
Multiview is supported in Vulkan simply by specifying the number of
views in the render pass, and creating the appropriate image views. A
number of changes to the way image views and render targets are stored
are made to support those that don't cover the entire range of layers.
One particular detail that is not implemented in this change is the use
of queries in combination with multiview. Vulkan specifies that N
queries are actually produced (N being the number of views) which must
be summed by the application, but this is not currently done.

GLX: Always call XSync on creation/destruction of WindowSurfaces
ANGLE was checking that it had opened the connection before calling
XSync upon initialization. However, clients may pass in a connection
and ANGLE must sync after creating a GLXWindow with the connection.
This wasn't happening and was causing issues in Chrome.

Add EGL_WINDOW_BIT to all Ozone configs' EGL_SURFACE_TYPE
Ozone's EGL windows are emulated, so we can always create one,
thus setting EGL_WINDOW_BIT in all configs is safe.
This is now required because in http://crrev.com/c/2378922
EGL_WINDOW_BIT becomes a requirement to be able to run tests.
Previously Ozone's configs copied native EGL_SURFACE_TYPE,
which was either 0 or having just EGL_PBUFFER_BIT.

Generators: Use fixed year in license headers.
Remove dynamic year generation from generator scripts, as required by
the Chromium C++ style guide.
The dynamic year values were replaced by the current year at the time
the file was created according to git log. The code to dynamically
generate the year was removed.
This patch also refreshes generated files and hashes.

GL: Do not support ETC1 textures on Desktop GL
As pointed out in WebGL issue 3014, ANGLE has been exposing ETC1
texture support on desktop GL when GL_ARB_ES3_compatibility or GL
4.3+ is available. However, it is very likely that none of these
platforms actually have hardware support for this format, and are
only supporting it for compatiblity with ES3. We shouldn't expose
this so that desktop clients can use a better format instead.

EGL: Trim requested config parameters to EGL.
ANGLE requests a config with several uneccessary parameters.
I suspect these parameters are causing issues in the wild
where eglChooseConfig fails.
Try requesting ES3 then fall back to ES2 configs.
Skip config caveats, floating point configs and multisample
configs, we provided the default parameters.
The resulting config is very similiar to the one Chrome
requests in gl_surface_egl.cc

Pass GL_VERSION info through ANGLE's GL_RENDERER string
Chrome needs ANGLE to pass through the underlying driver vendor and
version, which cannot always be determined by the SystemInfo library.
This is done by construction GL_RENDERER in the frontend through
combining GL_VENDOR, GL_RENDERER, and GL_VERSION from the backends.

EGL: Respect eglMakeCurrent with a null context.
Our context virtualization code would try to optimize this case
and leave the current context bound when possible. This has the
side effect of leaving the current surface bound too, even if
it was deleted.
During Chrome's window resizing, it deletes the window, calls
eglMakeCurrent with null and then recreates the window. This
causes an error because the window still exists because it was
left current in ANGLE.

Support create ANGLE EGLContext from an external EGLContext
For Android WebView, Android creates an EGLContext, EGLSurface
and FBO, and makeCurrent on them, and then calls WebView draw
function to draw the WebView content on the current EGLSurface or
binded FBO. So to use ANGLE in WebView, this CL adds a way to
create ANGLE EGLContext from an external EGLContext, and save
and restore GL state in eglMakeCurrent().

GLX: Avoid creating child window when X visual ID is specified.
ANGLE's GLX backend creates a child ID because the visual of the X
window must match that of the GLX window, and we can't always be
certain.
EGL_ANGLE_x11_visual allows applications to specify the visual ID
of the window passed to ANGLE via EGL_X11_VISUAL_ID_ANGLE. When this
is the case, we don't need to make a child window.
Since Chrome always passes this information, this may help optimize
ANGLE's GLX usage in Chrome, because we don't have to poll the parent
window to manage the child window's properties.

GL: Expose NV_framebuffer_blit for ES2 contexts when available
ANGLE_framebuffer_blit is already exposed but has restrictions on
scaling/flipping and mismatched color buffer formats. When
NV_framebuffer_blit, EXT_framebuffer_blit, or an ES3 context is
available we can expose a less restrictive BlitFramebuffer.

[GLX] Don't request exposure events for child windows
After [1], Chrome and ANGLE use separate X11 connections, so in order
for Chrome to receive exposure events, it must select for them its own
connection, which is done in [2].
The events selected by ANGLE's connection are never dispatched, so
they queue up indefinitely and leak until the connection is closed
(when happens when Chrome closes). This change removes the request
to receive exposure events.

Promote RGBA4444 and RGB565 to RGB[A]8 on macOS with AMD GPUs.
There are bugs in Apple's OpenGL driver when uploading to textures of
these formats via pixel buffer objects.
Because automatic graphics switching might activate the AMD GPU at any
time, use this workaround on dual-GPU MacBook Pros even if the Intel
GPU is active.
Fixes the following WebGL 2.0 conformance tests:

EGL: Update EGL headers/xml
The new EGL headers introduced 'EGL_NO_X11' which we could use
for ANGLE vulkan display/headless backend.
Changes in CL:
1. Updated include/EGL/egl*.h and scripts/egl.xml based on latest
EGL repo: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/EGL-Registry
Note: local modifications to the file were preserved in
eglext.h, search keyword 'eglext_angle.h' for detail
2. run scripts to update entry_points/loader
scripts/generate_entry_points.py
scripts/generate_loader.py
scripts/run_code_generation.py
3. Update ANGLE code on API 'eglSwapBuffersWithDamage'
4. Format with 'git cl format'

Batch replace std::unordered_map with angle::HashMap in src/
There are a few places that will remain std::unordered_map due to build
or run-time errors, which will need to be evaluated more closely to
determine if they should remain std::unordered_map or if there is
another Abseil data structure that would be more efficient while still
working correctly.
