Capture/Replay: Don't access OOB in TexImage2D.
The last row of pixels is treated specially because we don't need
to round up to the unpack alignment. This fixes an ASAN error with
some 1x1 texture tests with small-sized formats.

Capture/Replay: redesign capturing of arrays passed by pointer
Instead of doing a lookup of the number of passes array when the
call is written, store the number of array values in the
ParamCapture when the call is captured.

Move Frame Capture to capture/ folder.
