See: https://github.com/google/skia/blob/master/tools/CrashHandler.cpp On Windows we use a BSD-licensed tool called StackWalker. See: https://github.com/JochenKalmbach/StackWalker This allows us to get high quality stack traces on Win/Linux/Mac.
