Tests: Add end2end test .so library to AOSP build
m[mm] external/angle:libangle_end2end_tests__library
produces libangle_end2end_tests__library.so
I tested that integration with Chromium wrappers works with some manual
patches; no integration is included in this CL.
googlest/gtest dependencies replaced with platform libgtest, libgmock
TestSuite heavily depends on rapidjson so it is currently excluded, only
the standard gtest implementation is included
(--gtest_list_tests, --gtest_filter, --gtest_output etc)
This also disables support for expectation files as it is piped through
TestSuite instance.

Avoid including fstream from angleutils.h
SaveFileHelper is mostly useful for / specific to FrameCapture,
so move it there.
The other couple of uses just write a string.

EGL: allow eglQueryString(EGL_NO_DISPLAY, EGL_VERSION)
According to the EGL 1.5 specification, this should be okay:
If dpy is EGL_NO_DISPLAY, then the EGL_VERSION string describes the
supported client version. If dpy is a valid, initialized display,
then the EGL_VERSION string describes the supported EGL version for
dpy.

Write GL info to test artifact in end2end_tests.
These will show up as glinfo.json in the "cas outputs" of the shard
that runs these tests.
We currently have information for Pixel 4, NVIDIA and Intel Win/Linux,
and SwiftShader Windows. GLES 1.x extensions are treated separately.
Some WebGL/Mac-only/D3D-only extensions show as unsupported anywhere.
In order to capture artifacts on Android, we use a render test output
parameter.

testing: Mark uninstantiated GL & EGL test suites
googletest CL 315255779 causes test binaries to fail when they include
test suites / parametrized tests that are not instantiated, and when
they include empty test suites.
This CL uses the GTEST_ALLOW_UNINSTANTIATED_PARAMETERIZED_TEST() macro
to annotate the suites / tests that are causing test failures. This is
necessary to get googletest rolled past CL 315255779.

Limit testing of in-progress work to ANGLE's build of dEQP
A new feature is added, exposeNonConformantExtensionsAndVersions, which
is set by ANGLE's build of dEQP to allow exposing ES3.2 or extensions
that are not yet entirely conformant. This would allow ANGLE to expose
WIP extensions for regression testing without affecting partners that
test ANGLE with dEQP's standalone build.

Print GL vendor, version, renderer, shader, extensions
Prints each EGL config ID and its attributes
Just Vulkan based information. D3D and GL can be enabled.
