  Add IntermNodePatternMatcher helper class
  
  This will enable sharing code between different AST traversers that
  apply transformations on similar node structures. This will make the
  code more maintainable.
  
  For now the helper class is used in UnfoldShortCircuitToIf and
  SeparateExpressionsReturningArrays.
