PLS: Allow type conversions in state queries The OpenGL ES spec requires data conversions when a query command is issued that returns a data type different from the actual type of the requested state. * Updated PLS state queries to follow the main spec. * Removed PLS state query dependencies on interruptions. * Fixed non-robust command declarations in the extension spec. * Added missing extension support checks to robust commands. * Drive-by: Fixed invalid use of assertions in PLS tests.
