  Metal: Fix out/inout parameter aliasing
  
  Ensured that MSL-internal structs are included
  in the parameter aliasing checks.
  
  Fixed the following tests:
  
  dEQP-GLES2.functional.shaders.function
      .global_variable_aliasing_fragment
      .global_variable_aliasing_vertex
  
  dEQP-GLES3.functional.shaders.function
      .global_variable_aliasing_fragment
      .global_variable_aliasing_vertex
