Add a script to bundle trace(s) for sharing with partners. Similar to mb.py zip but with a few ANGLE-specific tricks significantly reducing the clutter, and with a couple of helper scripts added to the zip (see file docstring for details). vs mb.py, single trace, not including lib.unstripped: 400+MB => <100MB ~5800 files => <50 files Time to bundle: ~30s => ~6s Bug: b/276474703 Change-Id: I57f51dd6302045d02d0ee94ef84186446cafd570 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/angle/angle/+/4518061 Reviewed-by: Cody Northrop <cnorthrop@google.com>
