  Move robust APIs for PLS into robust_client_memory sections.
  
  These two entry points are at the intersection of
  GL_ANGLE_shader_pixel_local_storage and GL_ANGLE_robust_client_memory.
  Move them into the robust_client_memory section to simplify
  autogenerated validation.
  
  Rerun code generation.
