  Vulkan: Remove Renderer::getDeviceQueueIndex
  
  Renderer::getDeviceQueueIndex() returns queueFamilyIndex. There is a
  function that already returns mCurrentQueueFamilyIndex, so this function
  is now removed.
  
  This CL also renames ImageHelper::isQueueChangeNeccesary to
  isQueueFamilyChangeNeccesary
