Trace Interpreter: Improve StringToGLenum performance. Binary search instead of linear. This gets called a lot when parsing traces to be run by the trace interpreter. I saw ~37 seconds parse time on Panther for minecraft_bedrock trace, this CL makes that ~5 times faster.
