  If the device supports VK_KHR_synchronization2 and
  VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features.synchronization2
  queried from the device is VK_TRUE,
  Enabled the extension VK_KHR_synchronization2
  and feature VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features
  when calling vkCreateDevice.
