  Vulkan: Support EGL_ANDROID_front_buffer_auto_refresh
  
  Cache value of EGL_FRONT_BUFFER_AUTO_REFRESH_ANDROID attribute
  and set swapchain present mode accordingly when recreating
  swapchain in single buffer mode.
