configure: skip kcc on case-insensitive filesystems; add clang++. This change fixes https://bugs.gnu.org/21336. * configure.ac: Skip KCC check on case-insensitive filesystems; on macOS 10.10 and later, a kerberos tool named "kcc" is installed. Add clang++ to the C++ search list, as with current autoconf.
