(string): Call ->string on each Conditional. * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Remove cond12.test. * tests/cond12.test: Remove, moved to lib/Automake/tests/ConditionalSet.pl. * tests/cond3.test: Adjust conditional ordering.
