(distcleancheck): More cross references.
* doc/amhello/configure.ac, doc/amhello/README,
doc/amhello/Makefile.am, doc/amhello/src/Makefile.am,
doc/amhello/src/main.c: New files.
* doc/Makefile.am (dist_noinst_DATA): Distribute them.
($(srcdir)/amhello-1.0.tar.gz): New rule.
(dist_doc_DATA): Install amhello-1.0.tar.gz.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Update comment.
