(&handle_dependencies): Adjust to use `AMDEP_TRUE'. * depend2.am: Use if/endif. Adjust the 101 tests that use dependencies so that they properly invoke aclocal before automake. They need to `see' `AM_CONDITIONAL([AMDEP], ...)'.
