    (AM_CONFIG_HEADER): Fix typo in last change:
add missing closing bracket and closing parenthesis.
Don't quote the first argument to AC_OUTPUT_COMMANDS.
Backslash-escape the backquotes and `$' in `am_indx'-incrementing stmt.
