* t/txinfo-no-extra-dist.sh: ... in here. Enhance a little while
at it.
* t/txinfo-other-suffixes.sh: Also check that the '.texinfo' suffix
is accepted and works.
* t/txinfo-setfilename-suffix-match.sh: Remove useless call to
autoconf, enhance a little.
