(scan_one_configure_file): Recognize that AM_MAINTAINER_MODE defines a conditional. * automake.texi (Optional): Document new AM_MAINTAINER_MODE. * texi-vers.am ($(srcdir)/@VTEXI@): Look at MAINTAINER_MODE conditional.
