  * automake.in (&am_install_var): Don't hook on the clean targets
  and .PHONY.
  * data-clean.am, java-clean.am, libs-clean.am, lisp-clean.am,
  * ltlib-clean.am, progs-clean.am, python-clean.am,  tags-clean.am:
