[truetype] Hide Infinality. Remove Infinality as an option before its complete extraction. * include/freetype/ftoption.h: Remove the Infinality option. * devel/ftoption.h: Ditto. * include/freetype/ftdriver.h (TT_INTERPRETER_VERSION_38): Is 40 now.
