updated "psaux" and "type1z".
The Type 1 driver now completely relies on "psaux". I
now need to change the CID driver accordingly, then
finally move the Type 2 parsing routines to "psaux"
when appropriate..

the psaux module is now nearly completed
the "type1z" driver uses it to parse Type 1 charstrings
(not to parse the Type 1 token stream yet though)..

added draft "psaux" code
the t1 driver now reads the complete font matrix
and applies it (some fonts do not work properly without
hinting though...)
