* src/cff/cffload.c (cff_encoding_load): Remove `memory' variable.

variable.
* src/truetype/ttgload.c (load_truetype_glyph): Remove statement
without effect.
* src/truetype/ttdriver (Get_Char_Index, Get_Next_Char): Removed.
