Use `#undef' in templates as recommended in the autoconf
documentation.
Since real `#undef' lines don't survive during configuration, use
`/undef' instead; the postprocessing facility of the
AC_CONFIG_HEADERS autoconf macro converts them to `#undef'.

`ftconfig.h'.
