  another massive changes in order to completely avoid
  compiler warnings with GCC + "-ansi -pedantic -Wall -W"
  and LCC.
  
  Also fixed the compilation of "type1z" with Win32-LCC
  (its pre-processor is broken !!)
  
  Updated the BUILD document too
