Message : * src/pshinter/pshalgo.c (PSH_STRONG_THRESHOLD): Changed to hold the accepted shift for strong points in fractional pixels (which is a heuristic value). (psh_glyph_find_strong_points): Compute threshold for psh_hint_table_find_strong_points. (psh_hint_table_find_strong_point): Add parameter to pass threshold.
