* configure: Copy assets required by docwriter. Copy directory `docs/reference/markdown' when FreeType is compiled in a different directory. Fixes `make refdoc' if builddir != srcdir. Reported as http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/freetype-devel/2018-08/msg00083.html
